Information material on the education and participation package (BuT)

Our aim is to inform even more families in North Rhine-Westphalia about the education and participation package (BuT). A display in public and highly frequented places offers a good opportunity to reach families with a targeted approach. For this reason, we would be delighted if many municipalities, organizations and institutions in North Rhine-Westphalia took part in the distribution and display of the free postcards, folding cards and posters, for example:

• Citizen information centers and similar contact points of the municipalities
• Youth welfare offices
• Schools
• Child daycare facilities and family centers
• Family associations
• Counseling centers
• Integration centers
• Family education centers
• Child and youth doctors
• Hospitals
• Midwifery practices and maternity clinics
• Early help
• Sports and play clubs
• Leisure facilities
• Libraries
• Cultural and event venues for families
• Pharmacies

Targeted distribution reaches families in their daily environment and helps to make it easier for them to access important information about everyday family life via the Familienportal.NRW. The following examples show some possibilities for distributing the materials:

• Display in clearly visible places in public spaces where parents regularly pass by
• Placement in waiting rooms of doctors' surgeries and children's and youth clinics
• Display in advice centers
• Distribution as part of welcome packages at birth
• Display in parent cafés, parent meetings, parent-child meetings, etc.
• Distribution via child and youth trainers in local clubs
• Distribution in daycare centers and schools or distribution at parents' evenings
• Distribution in public libraries
• Distribution as part of family-friendly cultural offerings and events

The postcards, folded cards and posters for distribution to families and display in public places are sent out free of charge.

We send the material in bundles. Quantities of 50, 100, 150 or 200 can be ordered per postcard. Quantities of 25, 50 or 100 can be ordered for each folding card. The poster is available in bundles of 2, 5 or 10 pieces.
