The summer vacations are just around the corner, and children in particular are really looking forward to them! For many parents, however, the vacation period poses a logistical challenge, as childcare times have to be guaranteed. In NRW, there are numerous and varied offers for vacation childcare. These take the pressure off parents and children have great fun doing things together with other children. Organizing childcare times early on relaxes the whole family and contributes to a successful vacation season - for children and parents alike.

Action day of the family associations: From May 7 to June 18, 2023, the NRW State Working Group for Families and its 11 associations will be holding a number of interesting events. The topic of family diversity will be explored from different perspectives at family festivals, talks, photo exhibitions, (digital) events and film screenings.
