What is Safer Internet Day about?
Every year in February, the global day of action calls on people to work together for a safer internet. The aim is to promote responsible use and support young users in particular in navigating the digital space competently, respectfully and safely. This is why the day of action is aimed not only at politicians and educational institutions, but also at parents, children and young people: Everyone can make a contribution to making digital coexistence more successful!
On this year's Safer Internet Day, the EU initiative klicksafe is focusing on the topic of "AI and me. In an artificial relationship." The focus is on the question of what influence the increased use of artificial intelligence has on our social interaction and the development of children and young people.
