Does your family eat together every day?

Illustration: 88 Prozent der Familien essen einmal täglich zusammen.

Communal meals are a daily routine for the majority of families, where everyone comes together. Around 88% eat together at least once a day. In 2 out of 3 families, children and young people have a say in the choice of food and in around half of families they help to cook. This promotes well-being, self-determination and the ability to actively shape their own health.
