Where can I find help and counseling?
- Single parents can receive counseling and support from the Youth Welfare Office, especially when it comes to conflicts of interest regarding custody and visitation rights. The Youth Welfare Office mediates between the parents and helps identify solutions.
- Single parents can find quick and straightforward help, as well as referrals to professional counseling services, on the information platform of the Association of Single Mothers and Fathers in North Rhine-Westphalia (VAMV).
