ANDERS & GLEICH provides information and anti-discrimination services related to sexual and gender diversity in North Rhine-Westphalia. The campaign supports self-help groups and communities of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, and queer people (LGBTIQ*).

The State Central Office for Child and Youth Welfare in North Rhine-Westphalia is committed to gender-equitable and diversity-sensitive work with children and adolescents. The goal is to enable them to develop free from prejudice and stereotypical expectations. To this end, FUMA supports youth and family service agencies and providers in the areas of training, counseling, and guidance; develops methods and materials for practical use; and initiates practical projects aimed at professional development in child and youth welfare.

The Völklinger Kreis e. V. (VK) professional association is a network of gay executives and self-employed professionals and a partner for professional advancement, recognition, and equal opportunity in the workplace. The association advocates for a discrimination-free work and living environment for gay executives and supports diversity management in business, government, and organizations.

Wirtschaftsweiber is a network for successful lesbian women in business. The network advises lesbian women on how to discover their full professional potential and advance their careers. It also helps companies identify and nurture the potential of their lesbian employees.
